Situated on the first floor, it has a large indoor terrace with seating furniture, overlooking the well-kept garden with lots of greenery. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, a second bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Novo Naselje is a part of the town of Porec, 150 away from the city center and just 100 m from the Adriatic Sea, It is located south of the city center, and it's characterized by a number of private houses and pine trees. A leisurely stroll will take you to the beaches in just 2 minutes. There is a large supermarket called Riva Mall in this area. The area is suitable for families who want a peaceful holiday away from the city crowd, but still close to the city center and the beaches. There are a few bars and good restaurants in this area.
