Wir sind sehr herzlich mit Gebäck empfangen worden. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet, selbst ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen neben vielen anderen Dingen waren vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank lag Milch, Wasser und Käse. Im Brorkorb sogar Toastbrot. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. (Reinhild)

Rosana e proprietaria del'a agenzia di viaggio che gestisce vari appartamenti di privati a Porec (Parenzo). Infatti per il ritiro chiavi è necessario recarsi alla "Eurotours travel agency" nella cittadina di Porec. Un volta ritirate le chiavi siamo andati in auto verso casa e la proprietaria ci ha accolti con un sorriso, fatto vedere gli interni e soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta e di fatto è rimasta la persona principale per ogni evenienza. Con l'agenzia non è più stato necessario interagire. L'appartamento è come si vede in foto. Pulito, nessuna muffa infatti sia la cucina, il bagno e la doccia (!) erano perfettamente puliti. È accessoriata di tutto, piatti, posate e pentole tutto nuovo! La camera da letto è accogliente e comoda anche se in foto sembra più grande, quando in realtà è meno di 5 metri quadrati. C'è una stanza a livello del terreno dove è presente lavatrice e tutto l'occorrente per il bucato. Frigorifero piccolo ma funzionante e ben refrigerato. Forno e fornelli tutto ok. L'appartamento è immerso nel silenzio e privo di disturbo del vicinato. L'annuncio lo dice e io lo ribadisco: è essenziale l'uso dell'auto! Senza auto è abbastanza arduo il percorso perché le vie sono alternanze di strade con pendenza e pianura ed è abbastanza distante dal centro di Porec. In bicicletta è una bella sfida. La posizione è favorevole per raggiungere autostrada e paesi vicini in brevissimo tempo. Agosto 2019. (Alina from ITA)

Wirklich sehr schönes und vor allem sehr sauberes Appartement mit moderner Einrichtung in ruhiger Lage. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Hausdame. Die schöne Altstadt (am Hafen, wo diverse Bootsausflüge angeboten werden) befindet sich etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt. Auf dem Weg dorthin gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Strand Aquapark sowie andere sehenswürdigkeiten und Action reiche Aktivitäten sind ebenso von dort aus mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Für uns war es ein schöner, abwechslungsreicher Urlaub.
