Apartment Emili A3 is located just few minutes away from the center of Porec. It is situated on the ground floor of this family house and it can accommodate up to three persons.
The apartment consists of a double bed bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils, cooking appliances and a dining area and a living room with a TV and a sofa. The sofa can be used as additional bed for the third guest. Main area is air-conditioned. From the apartment you have an access to your private balcony with an outdoor seating area. In the well maintained shared garden you can find a BBQ and outdoor dining area as well as loungers and a swing. Private parking is at your disposal. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

In the vicinity of Porec, numerous significant sites worth of visit can be found: Brijuni National Park, cave Baredine, the Pazin cave, Lim Bay and one of the most beautiful cities in the world - Venice.

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
