On the first floor, there is a nicely furnished living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining table, a couch, a satellite TV, and a separate toilet. Up the spiral staircase are located: a bedroom with a double bed, air-conditioning and satellite TV, and a bathroom with a shower. At the entrance to the apartment, there is a 17 sqm roofed balcony with seating furniture, a completely enclosed 80 sqm yard, and a private parking place. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Apartment Dany is situated in Dracevac, a small village 9 km from Porec city center, 6 km from beautiful and famous beaches of Plava and Zelena Laguna and 5 minutes by car from several great restaurants. The closest grocery store is situated in Zbandaj, just 3 km away from the village. The village is surrounded by greenary and bycicle paths, and it is great for a peaceful vacation. Porec is a jewel of the west Istria and the Adriatic Sea. It offers bars, restaurants, shops, cultural events, long history and all kind of sport activities. It is a great choice for anyone who enjoys an active vacation. The long history of the city is evidenced by the streets of the old nucleus dating back to Roman times, and numerous cultural monuments, the most important of which is the Euphrasian Basilica from the 5th century, protected by UNESCO. Along with various cultural activities such as concerts, folklore performances and other events, there is no shortage of sports such as tennis, cycling, horseback riding, indoor sports and water sports. You can also complete your vacation with a trip to the hinterland of Porec, where it is interesting to visit the protected nature monument of the Baredine cave.
