Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

In the small village of Cancini is the family house with swimming pool. The house was renovated in 2014 and equipped with new furniture. The village is surrounded by beautiful nature. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in the beautiful Croatia and want to be enchanted by the fresh air and the beautiful hiking trails, then you are right here.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit den Räumlichkeiten. Die Ausstattung war sauber und funktionell.
Das Highlight der Wohnung war jedoch die eigene Terrasse mit kleinem Garten und gemauertem Grill. Aufgrund des durchgängig schönen Wetters haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gemeinschaftspool lud jederzeit zu Abkühlung und Relaxen ein. Die Mitnutzung durch die zwei anderen Gästeparteien war so gut wie nicht spürbar, da wir alle sowieso viel und unterschiedlich unterwegs waren.
Sehr bequem war auch der PKW-Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus auf dem umfriedeten Grundstück.
Die Vermieterin mit ihrer Mutter und Tochter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen und Problemen standen sie auch aufgrund ihrer Wohnortnähe schnell zur Verfügung.
Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. (Gerald)
