This lovely apartment consists of a two bedrooms - one double bed bedroom and one bedroom with three single beds, a main living area and a bathroom with a washing machine and a bathtub. In the main area, you can find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary modern cooking appliances and kitchen utensils. Next to the kitchen, there's a dining area. On the other side of the room, there's a cosy living area with a TV and couch which can be used as additional bed for the sixth guest. From the living area you can enter a private balcony where you can find seating garniture overlooking the neighbourhood.
Private parking is at your disposal. The old town of Poreč is only 1.5km away, the nearest beach is 800m away.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Novo Naselje is a part of the town of Porec, 800 away from the city center and just 400 m from the Adriatic Sea, reacheable by foot. It is located south of the city center, and it's characterized by a number of private houses and pine trees, which in the summer months protect against extreme heat. A leisurely stroll will take you to the beaches in just 5-10 minutes. There is a large supermarket called Billa in this area. The area is suitable for families who want a peaceful holiday, away from the city crowd, but still close to the city center and the beaches. There are a few bars and good restaurants in this area.
