The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house, and it is ideal accommodation for up to six people. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with contemporary cooking appliances, a large dining room, a comfortable living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, two bathrooms with a shower, and two bedrooms with double beds. The sofa in the living room can be used as an additional double bed for two guests. The living room has an entrance to a large covered terrace with a seating garniture overlooking the surroundings. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Stancija Diklic is a suburb of the town of Poreč, located just 3 km away from the city center and 4 km from first beaches. It is located on the old road connecting Poreč-Pula, and consists of a bakery, a cafe, a children's playground and a number of private houses. The place is very quiet, ideal for families and all of those who want a peaceful vacation. There is a bicycle path passing through Varvari and connecting Poreč with Žbandaj. The city of Poreč can be reached by car or by bus in just 5 minutes. Stancija Diklic are also very close to the area where you can find many supermarkets. Poreč is a tourist destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
