Bed linen, towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV are included in the rental price of the apartment. A Barbecue and a private parking are also available to the guests during theire stay. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Kufci is a small town only 6 km from the center of Poreč. The place is very quiet and is surrounded by wonderful nature. Kufci has a minimarket, cafes and a restaurant. Nearby is the village of Vranići, with a bakery, laundry and several restaurants. Five minutes by car from Kufci is the nearest supermarket - Kaufland- and the nearest petrol station. Poreč is a very popular tourist destination and is known for the many cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports facilities and beautiful beaches.
