The apartment is 40 m2 and consists of an air-conditioned living room with a sofa with the possibility of a bed for two small children or 1 adult, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom. The apartment has a terrace with seating, barbecue, deckchairs and a parking space. The house is extremely well maintained, and the garden meticulously cared for. The owners live on the first floor and guarantee their guests complete privacy. In the village there is a shop, an excellent local restaurant and a cafe. The town of Poreč is 14 km away. Pets are allowed with an additional charge. Private parking, wireless internet and bed linen are included in the price.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Kaštelir is located on the west coast of Istria, only 7 km from the sea. Fresh air and the smell of nature dominate due to the lush vegetation that merges with olive groves, vineyards and fields. The culture and history of this region are very interesting. Traces of the past are still visible in and around the city, which is why many manifestations and events are connected with tradition. The city of Poreč, the famous Croatian tourist metropolis, is only 13 km away. The city of culture and entertainment, pleasant sun and warm sea, is dominated by a mild Mediterranean climate. Its trademarks are clean and beautiful beaches and bays and numerous islands. The entire old town of Poreč is a cultural monument. The arrangement of the streets of the old town preserved the ancient Roman face.
