Nice furnished studio apartment Alida with terrace and garden is located on the ground floor of a family house.The apartment is located in a quiet residential area above the city center which is surrounded by greenery. It has 35 square meters and is situated on the ground floor of the house. It has a separate entrance and the garden view. It consists of: fully equiped kitchen, bathroom with shower and living room with double bed. The kitchen is qquiped with: coffee machine and fridge. Bed linen and towels are in the apartment.There is also a private parking place. The first beach and town center is on 10 minute walking distance! Porec is a tourist town in Istria, known for its beautiful nature, blue sea, delicious istrian cuisine and long tradition in tourism.

Rosana ist eine wirklich liebe Gastgeberin die eine wirklich niedliches Apartment für 2 Personen anbietet. Der Check in ist sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten zwei schöne Terrassen direkt unter Kiwibäumen und die Altstadt Porec ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. (Jasmin)
