A newly renovated Family room in the heart of Poreč is ideal for a couple with a child, or for 2 to 3 friends. Although not on the waterfront, it is located just off the main town square, 50 meters from the sea promenade and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Anything you need is within 50 meters - restaurants and coffee shops, bike rental, pharmacy, grocery store, and an ATM. The Family Fatoric Room consists of two separate rooms with one common bathroom, including basic amenities (air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and a washing machine). There is no parking on the premises, but we provide a parking pass for the municipal parking, which is less than a 10-minute easy walk.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
