The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers. The living room has an exit to the terrace with seating furniture. The rental price includes the use of air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and private parking in front of the building. The town center and the nearest beach are 1.2 kilometers away. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
