Lovely apartment house Mirjana is situated in Medulin, only 200 m from the sea. The house consists of four apartments, ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends in Istria. The nearest beach is about 450 m away, while the city centre with various shops and restaurants is about 150 m away. Pula airport is 20 km away. Attic apartment with roof terrace is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to four persons. The apartment consists of an equipped kitchen (refrigerator with a freezing compartment, stove, oven, water kettle) with a dining area, satellite TV and air conditioning, a bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. There is also a roof terrace with seating furniture available. Parking is free of charge and located in front of the house. The guests also have free Wi-Fi and a barbecue grill in the shared garden. Pets are not allowed.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Medulin, once a fishing village and nowadays, a major tourist attraction, is located in southern Istria, 8 kilometres east of Pula. The tourist significance of Medulin is also given to ten islets that have scattered like jewels in front of the magical beaches of Medulin. The most popular is the sandy Bijeca Beach, which covers a thousand meters of coastline. The Medulin beaches invite you to go parasailing, water-skiing, scooter riding and sailing. The nearby Premantura is a paradise for surfers, sailors, divers and lovers of the sea and the sea, and the city itself offers its own beautiful sports grounds, organized excursions, hotels, apartments and restaurants with excellent local cuisine.
