Apartment house Mirjana is situated in Medulin, only 200 m from the sea. The house consists of three apartments, ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends in Istria. The nearest beach is about 450 m away, while the city centre with various shops and restaurants is about 150 m away. Pula airport is 20 km away. Three-bedroom apartment A6 is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to six persons. The apartment consists of an equipped kitchen (refrigerator with a freezing compartment, stove, oven, water kettle, coffee machine) with a dining area and a living area with satellite TV and air conditioning, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a balcony with seating furniture and a pleasant view available. Parking is free of charge and located in front of the house. The guests also have free Wi-Fi and a barbecue grill in the shared garden. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The picturesque town of Medulin situated on the very south of the Istrian peninsula is one of the most important tourist destinations in Istria. Today Medulin is one of most developed places in Croatia, and it is, together with its citizens, fully oriented to two factors: modern tourism and old fishing. You will spend your holidays in the atmosphere of the unique bay of Medulin with 12 islets and beaches surrounded by pine woods. The sports offer of Medulin is surely one of its main assets. Six grass football fields, athletic track, discus and shot-put circle, long jump and high jump area, the possibility to rent a bike and to visit all the nearby areas, gym and 14-kilometer-long trim track are good reasons to interest you to spend here your holidays. Obviously, other sports are not forgotten as well: In Medulin there are eight tennis courts, three beach volleyball courts, six diving centres, horse centres. There is also the fabulous promontory of Kamenjak with the little protruding part of the continent immersed in the blueness of the Adriatic Sea for 9 kilometres. It offers 30 kilometres of well-indented beaches, considered some of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean. The uniqueness of this area was known already in the ancient times, and even the old Romans used to spend their holidays here.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
