It's located on the second floor and it consists of one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom and a spacious living room with a sofa convertible (double). Furthermore, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities you need as well as a dining area. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the garden. The garden has a grill area where you can enjoy and relax after a day on the beach while preparing meat and vegetables over the sizzling fire.The house also offers a garage where you can store your bicycles and a parking space for your car. In the extreme south-east of Istria, among Mediterranean vegetation lies fishing and agricultural village Ližnjan, hill overlooking the Kvarner Bay and the islands of Cres and Lošinj.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
