Apartment Alisa is located in the center of Ližnjan, 600 meters from the beach, and 200 meters from the city center. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with access to a balcony, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. The air conditioner is in the living room and kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed, the second room has two separate beds, and in the living room, there are two sofa beds for 2 additional people.
The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Cres in the distance.
The rental price includes: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and marked private parking in front of the building. Pets are not allowed. Instructions for checking in to the apartment will be sent to you after booking.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
