Three bedroom apartment Belušić is located in a small town of Valbandon, just few kilometers away from Fažana in the north and Pula in the south. It is situated on a first floor of this house and it can accommodate up to eight persons which makes it a perfect accommodation for big families.
The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances. Two bedrooms contain double beds while the third bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed with two beds. One bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine, while the other bathroom has a shower. In the spacious living are you can find a fireplace and a TV surrounded with couches. From the apartment you can enter your private roofed balcony with a seating area for enjoying in warm summer evenings in Valbandon. Private parking is at your disposal. BBQ grill is available in the shared garden.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Valbandon is a tourist town located on the southern coast of Istria and the fact that it is very close to Pula, this is the perfect destination for families with children. Also, the vicinity of the Brijuni National Park, consisting of 13 small and 2 large islands, make it an attractive tourist destination. Brijuni National Park is one of the most beautiful national phenomena where you can experience the fantastic cohesion of human, plant and animal life. Valbandon offers a special advantage for small children in its long pebble beaches which are ideal for children’s play, while the thick pine tree forest guarantees fresh air in the hot summer days. Every year, Valbandon hosts a festivity called “Valbandon ispod črpinje” (“Valbandon under a Dutch oven”), where traditional Istrian meals are prepared (lamb, donkey, mushrooms, octopus, ray, various types of fish and others).

The house and surroundings are great. It’s rather quiet. A few restaurants and shops are close by. The beach is 15 minutes of walking. The owners are really nice people who are eager to help you with everything you ask for. The compliments of slivovitsa, watermelon and homemade cakes definitely touched our harsh Russian hearts :)) We would love to come back once again to this beautiful country to stay a couple of weeks at this cozy place !!!
