Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Situated in the medieval town of Roc. In the centre of the north Istria, 348 metres above sea-level, in the midst of natural beauties, a small town of Roc rises, located 10 kilometres from Buzet. In the Middle Ages there was a fortress, and the center of the Glagoliticactivities. Today it is a place inhabited by about 180 people increasingly turned to tourism. When you enter through the gates of the city, you would have feeling that you are in another century. Roc is declared and protected as a cultural monument of great importance.
