Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

In the eastern part of Istria, only 15 kilometers from the sea, lies the medieval town of Pićan, a city of rich history and cultural heritage, today a city of galleries and artists who create and live here all year round. Pićan is located near the town of Labin. Labin is a small town in the interior of Istria that attracts many curious people with its beautiful acropolis-built old town and other rich cultural and monumental heritage. It is only three kilometers away from the sea.
Below the hill of the Old Town, the urban part of Podlabin was created, and these two settlements together gather about 12,500 inhabitants. As a rare combination of Mediterranean climate and rich architectural heritage, Labin has become a center for artists from around the world, as evidenced by the numerous studios in the Old Town. In addition, Labin is a mecca for small businesses and is the second largest exporter in Istria. Together with Rabac, which under the administration of the City of Labin realizes over a million tourist nights in hotel and apartment accommodation.
