When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Lovely home located in an olive grove. Easy to find and Rosana was very responsive and friendly. We stayed one night and the house had everything we needed to cook supper as we didn’t want to drive in the dark to a restaurant. As the home is in the countryside, there are some bugs (possibly stink bugs), including in the house. Didn’t seem to be of the biting variety. Would stay here again. (Airbnb, October 2023.) (D. Quan)
