Family House Vesna in Banjole consists of 3 apartments for a maximum of 10 guests. The house is located 200 meters from the sea. Nice pebble beaches called "Centinera" and "Paltana" are just 1 km away. Few good restaurants can be found just a street away. Pula Airport is 30 driving minutes away. Two-Bedroom Apartment A1 is situated on the first floor. It has 75 square meters, a kitchen, a living room, a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds.
A washing machine can be used on request. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of 10€ per pet and per day. There is also a cleaning fee of 100€ per stay. All guests have free parking in front of the house and free WIFI access.
Banjole is the ideal place for a peaceful vacation near the sea. Just a few kilometers from Pula, the city with many cultural and historical sights, as well as bigger events and entertainment facilities.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The small fishing town of Banjole is situated on a small peninsula with a naturally protected port, it is the perfect place for enjoying the sea, sailing and fishing enthusiasts. Nature was generous to Banjole by giving it numerous bays, peninsulas and natural beaches that will, together with numerous sport activities, fill your vacation with fun and leisure. The beaches in Banjole are partly rocky and partly gravel, and since the pine wood is near the sea, it is not hard to find a shady place. Most of the houses in Banjole are 50 to 100 m away from the sea. Banjole is a perfect choice for everyone: for young people who are looking for fun (not in Banjole but in nearby towns such as Medulin, Pula) as well as for middle aged people who are looking for a peaceful vacation - there are no traffic jams or large hotel complexes, and still you have everything you need. If you like sport, you can choose between many sport activities. We recommend the famous diving centre and there is a yachting club which will soon be completed so it will be an excellent destination for sailing and navigation enthusiasts.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
