Apartments Mila Jass are three divided apartments in a family house in Banjole, located in a quiet oasis near the sea. They are part of a family complex adorned by a rich summer garden divided by a romantic paved path leading to a fully furnished terrace. Apartment Jass Mali is located on the ground floor and consists of a bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with double bed (200x160) and a sofa bed for one person, satellite TV. The second bedroom consists of a bunk bed (for 2 people). The living room with sofa connected to the dining room and kitchen has access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, table and chairs for each person, towels for dishes, gas electric stove, oven, number of burners / plates, toaster and refrigerator with freezer. A shared washing machine is available (with additional fee) in one separate room for all three apartments. Heating for the fireplace is charged additionally. A private terrace, table and chairs are located in the garden. Pets are welcome for an extra charge.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The small fishing town of Banjole is situated on a small peninsula with a naturally protected port, it is the perfect place for enjoying the sea, sailing and fishing enthusiasts. Nature was generous to Banjole by giving it numerous bays, peninsulas and natural beaches that will, together with numerous sport activities, fill your vacation with fun and leisure. The beaches in Banjole are partly rocky and partly gravel, and since the pine wood is near the sea, it is not hard to find a shady place. Most of the houses in Banjole are 50 to 100 m away from the sea. Banjole is a perfect choice for everyone: for young people who are looking for fun (not in Banjole but in nearby towns such as Medulin, Pula) as well as for middle aged people who are looking for a peaceful vacation - there are no traffic jams or large hotel complexes, and still you have everything you need. If you like sport, you can choose between many sport activities. We recommend the famous diving centre and there is a yachting club which will soon be completed so it will be an excellent destination for sailing and navigation enthusiasts.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
