Apartment Stefi is located in Banjole, small town on the south of Istrian peninsula. It is situated on the first floor and it can accommodate up to six persons. The apartment is furnished in a charming rustical style, in a combination of modern and traditional elements. It contains two double bed bedrooms, a living room with a TV, a bathroom with a shower, a dining area and a fully enquiped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary modern cooking appliances. The main living area is air-conditioned. Couch in the living room can be used as additional bed for additional guests. On the entrance to the apartment, there's a roofed terrace with a sitting garniture. From there you have a sea view and a view of surrounding mediterranean garden. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The locals have always been turned towards the sea and fishing. For this reason, even today, in Banjole you can find the best seafood restaurants. A well-known fact is that the best fish is prepared by fishermen themselves, but if you want to prepare seafood dishes then head to the small harbor at daybreak, wait for the fishermen to return from sea and buy the freshly caught fish. If you have found accommodation at a fisherman's home, perhaps you can join him on such an unforgettable experience at sea. Almost all the townspeople (some 1000) are engaged in tourism. Apart from apartments in private houses, there is also a large campsite situated by the sea, set among pine trees, offering a wide range of sports and entertainment facilities. Sportsmen and recreationists have at their disposal one grass football field and four tennis courts. In Banjole there is a private kindergarten, shops, gas station and car wash open all year round. There are also two private doctors' offices - neurologist and ophthalmologist.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
