They are equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and private parking. This studio apartment, situated on the ground floor, is ideal for two people. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as a dining area and a bathroom with a shower. Guests are provided with bed linen (changed every 7 days) and towels (changed every 3 days). The apartment also has a private balcony, perfect for relaxation. **Note:** The use of air conditioning is not included in the price and is charged on-site via a smart card (1 hour/1 impulse/1€).

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
