Located only 70 meters from the sea, these apartments are the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones! This two bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of the house and can accommodate up to six persons. It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, a nice kitchen equipped with all neccessary appliances and cooking utensils, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is connected to the dining area and a spacious living room. The guests can also enjoy a beautiful sea view from the private balcony. All guests can use the shared terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue is also at their disposal. Bed linen, towels, WiFi, satellite TV, air-conditioning and parking are provided and included in the rental price. Welcome and enjoy your stay!

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
