Dinning room and living room are connected with a kitchen that is equipped with an; oven, stove, microwave, water kettle, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine. During their stay, guests can enjoy on a beautiful terrace/balcony in a stunning sea view. On the guests' disposal is a shared garden accompanied by a BBQ grill. With 30 sandy beaches, Rab is a really Happy island with a lot of tiny, picturesque coves, recognised by tourists from all over the world almost 125 years ago.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Everyone can find their own private beach on Rab based on their preference: there are naturist beaches, solitary coves, beaches for dogs and beaches for single people looking for a bit of...love :)
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
