Apartment house Kastelan on the Rab island has four apartments, two of them on the first and two of them on the second floor. The nearest beach is just 100 m away. Each apartment has a private parking place, air-condition, Wi-fi, SAT TV and balcony. Breakfast is available for an extra cost of €10 per person per day (payable on site, if not included in the price). Pets are welcome with an extra cost of €6 per pet and per day (payable in cash on site). The famous beach Padova is 150m away, Petrac beach is 550 m away. The old town of Rab is 1 km away. The first grocery store is 1 km away. Apartment A2 is situated on the second floor and has two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a sofa bed in the living room for a fifth person. The kitchen is well-equipped. Guests have a big balcony with a sea and a garden view.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
