The apartment is only 20 m away from the beautiful clear sea and can accommodate 4-5 people. It is located on two floors. It consists of two rooms with two double beds and one extra bed for use at an additional cost. The modern kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, kettle, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen is connected to a nice dining room and living room. The apartment has Internet connection, central heating, air conditioning, satellite TV. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and is perfect for al fresco dining. The bathroom has a shower. A washing machine and baby cot are available on request. Breakfast possible in agreement with the owners. There is a barbecue in the shared garden, a room with a sauna, use of a bicycle and table tennis. Pets are charged extra, 7 euros / night. The owners have a bar nearby called “Del Mar”, where guests can use the tennis courts for free.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Awarded many times as the best tourist destination in the Adriatic, the town of Rab sits on a narrow sliver of land protruding towards the mainland, bounded by ancient city walls and recognisable by four church towers that form the familir outline, depicting Rab as a ship with four masts: bell tower of the church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary - the cathedral, the bell tower of the church of St. John the Evangelist (located near the ruins of the Church), the belfry of the church of St. Andrew the Apostle and the bell tower of the church of St. Justine. Further inland from the old town is a beautiful park called Komrcar, whose numerous paths wind around wooded hills all the way down to the beaches of Rab. Saint Patron of Rab, St. Cristophor supposedly saved the island from attackers, earning the right to have his skull preserved in a reliquiary within the Rab Cathedral. If you like, you could visit a large collection of sacral art at the Franciscan Monastery of St. Bernardin with two churches (St. Euphemia and St. Bernardin) where you can find pictures, valuable old books, ecclesiastical art, ethnographic collection, coin collection and a lot of other things.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
