The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the family house and consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a sofa bed for one additional person, satellite TV and air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. The guests can enjoy on the beautiful roofed terrace and sea view. Guests have a shared garden with a grill at their disposal. When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
