Apartment number one is located on the first floor. It consists of a bedroom, an equipped kitchen with a living room and a dining area in the same area and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom and living room have access to a balcony overlooking the sea. There are two extra beds in the living room. The apartment is air-conditioned and well-equipped. Guests have at their disposal a shared laundry room, at an additional cost, directly by the owner. In the yard there is a private car park, and a gazebo where there is a barbecue and seating. Children's swings, a water slide and a playground sandpit are available for the youngest guests.
