Two bedroom apartment located in Splitska on the island of Brač, at only 100 m from the sea. suitable for up to 5 people. It offers a wi-fi connection, sat TV and a parking place in front of the property. It's situated on the first floor and it consists of two bedrooms each with double bed and a convertible sofa for one more person in the living room. A kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge and water kettle while the bathroom features a shower and washing machine. All the guests of the apartments can use the garden and the outdoor barbecue. The air conditioning system is charged extra, 5 euro/day. Today, Supetar is a town with more than 4000 inhabitants, breathing the original Dalmatian way of life. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
