Only ten kilometers from the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park in the small town of Rakovica is a beautiful holiday house surrounded by a beautifully landscaped common yard with a swimming pool. Apartment A5 is located on the ground floor and has its own terrace with seating. The apartment has an equipped kitchen with dining area and living room, one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In the yard there is a barbecue and a dining area. The price of renting an apartment or room includes the use of electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, wireless internet and parking, located next to the house. In the garden there is a large children's playground with swings and a sandpit. Volleyball and badminton courts are available. Guests can taste homemade dishes and brandy prepared by the owners on request. Guests can also have breakfast on site at an additional cost on site.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. Plitvice Lakes is a Croatian national nature park that is one of the most beautiful natural sights in Europe. This jewel, the pearl of the Croatian climate, is located between the mountains of Plješivica and Mala kapela in the middle of the Dinaric mountain massif. The wooded and mountainous region below is sixteen beautiful, clear lakes and lakes of crystal green color that are connected to each other below each other by sparkling cascades and numerous waterfalls. You can enjoy this natural harmony with numerous streams and small rivers that flow into the lakes throughout the year. Apartments and rooms in Plitvice Lakes are of a private type in family houses, accommodation is also offered in hotels and mountain lodges where the kindness of the hosts will ensure a pleasant stay. The surrounding forest also takes on rainforest forms in some places, in which a diverse animal world is hidden. In addition to many birds, the park has bears, wolves, wild boars, deer, wild cats and trout in the waters. In order to preserve these natural beauties of fauna, flora and water, created for thousands of years, swimming and hunting and fishing are strictly forbidden on Plitvice Lakes. There are no words to describe all this beauty, so feel and experience truly untouched nature by visiting this Croatian national park.

The accommodation was easy to find and we received a personal welcome. We would definitely come again and can recommend it. The Plitvice Lakes National Park is not far away and the apartment is therefore a perfect starting point for a day there. However, you need a car to reach the apartment and also to go on excursions.
