Only ten kilometers from the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park in the small town of Rakovica is a beautiful holiday house surrounded by a beautifully landscaped common yard with a swimming pool. Apartment A4 is located on the ground floor and has its own terrace with seating. The apartment has an equipped kitchen with dining area and living room, one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In the yard there is a barbecue and a dining area. The price of renting an apartment or room includes the use of electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, wireless internet and parking, located next to the house. In the garden there is a large children's playground with swings and a sandpit. Volleyball and badminton courts are available. Guests can taste homemade dishes and brandy prepared by the owners on request. Guests can also have breakfast on site at an additional cost on site.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
