Newly decorated apartment with one bedroom for 2–3 people, in the center of Rateča. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a living room where there is a sofa bed for the 3rd person, and a bathroom equipped with a shower. We offer three apartments with one bedroom, six studio apartments for 2 people, and one bedroom with a bathroom. All apartments are beautifully and modernly furnished and equipped with basic cooking equipment. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi parking, and a room for storing ski equipment are included in the rental price. Tax per person is two euros per day, paid on-site.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
