Newly decorated apartment with one bedroom for 2-3 people, in the center of Rateča. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a living room where there is a sofa bed for the 3rd person and a bathroom equipped with a shower. We offer three apartments with one bedroom, six studio apartments for 2 people, and one bedroom with its own bathroom. All apartments are beautifully and modernly furnished and equipped with basic cooking equipment. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and parking and a room for storing ski equipment are included in the rental price. Tax per person is two euros per day, paid on-site.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
