Mi (3 para i malo dijete) ovdje smo imali prekrasan obiteljski odmor i sigurno ćemo se htjeti vratiti. Vlasnik, Toni, bio je od velike pomoći i uvijek nam je bio na raspolaganju ako smo imali pitanje. Vila je udaljena samo nekoliko minuta hoda od Vrsara, savršena za jutarnje skupljanje peciva i kasniju šetnju do luke. Plaže su vrlo prohodne, a Vrsar je divan. Vila je bila vrlo moderna, čista, uredna i dobro opremljena. Bio je vrlo prostran, imao je fantastičan bazen, sjajnu terasu i prostor za roštilj. Sve 3 sobe bile su vrlo udobne, imale su klima-uređaj i sve su imale vlastitu kupaonicu. Čak je bio još jedan tuš i WC dolje i sauna! Vrt, bazen i terasa nisu bili zanemareni, što nam je dalo sjajan osjećaj privatnosti, ali ipak s lijepim pogledom. A kako je bilo malo izvan Vrsara, bilo je tiho. Vili uopće ne možemo zamjeriti. Villa Maja is an oasis of calm and loveliness! What a truly delightful place to stay. We (3 couples and a toddler) had a wonderful family holiday here and certainly will want to return. The owner, Toni, was really helpful and was always available to us, if we had a question.
The Villa is just a short walk from Vrsar, perfect for collecting rolls in the morning and walking to the harbour later on. Beaches are very walkable and Vrsar is delightful.
The Villa was very modern, clean, tidy and well equipped. It was very spacious, had a fantastic swimming pool, a great terrace and barbecue area. The 3 rooms were very comfortable, had air-conditioning and were all en suite. There was even another shower and WC downstairs and a sauna!
The garden, swimming pool and terrace were not overlooked, giving us that great sense of privacy, but with lovely views nevertheless. And, being just outside Vrsar, it was quiet.
We could not fault the Villa at all. It was perfect! (A.P.)

Locația este excelentă. Vila este echipată cu tot ce este nevoie pentru gătit și pentru spălatul hainelor. Este situată într-o zonă izolată, liniștită. Gazda este excelentă, ne-a oferit sfaturi ce să vizităm, unde să mergem la restaurant/pizza, ce anume să cumpărăm și ce nu.
Este greu să găsesc lucruri care nu ne-au plăcut. Singurul lucru care ar putea să fie mai bine ca să avem containerele de colectat sticlă și plastic direct la vilă. Am plimbat sticlele și pet-urile goale cu mașina să găsim containerele speciale de reciclare. În rest totul excelent! (A.P.)

Einfach die Bilder ansehen und man weiss, was einen erwartet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber mit einer tollen Architektur und geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Wir waren jetzt zwar Ende September da, konnten aber auf Grund des schönen Wetters noch den tollen Pool nutzen. Das Haus und die Betreuung sind super, der Ort Vrsar mit Yachthafen und Meer in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ansonsten vor der Haustüre viel Natur für wunderbare Hundespaziergänge. Wir kommen gerne mit Freunden wieder. (A.P.)

We stayed at Villa Maja for a week, sharing the villa with our friends. We were 8 in total. We had a wonderful time, the house is new with a lot of thoughtful details and beautiful selected materials. The view is excellent, you can see the ocean and the picturesque village. The road runs just below the house but we were never bothered with noise or anything. The marina is just 5 minute walk away which is great for going to the beach or out to dinner. Toni and his family and even cleaning staff did their best to make us feel welcome and helped out with both traffic advice and wonderful restaurants. Thanks for a great week!
