What is your cancellation and payment policy?
Euro Tours has 3 different cancellation policies for its properties:
- FLEXY30 - 95% of all properties
- STRICT30
- STRICT60
FLEXY30
Payment: 10% at the time of booking, and the remaining (90%) no later than 30 days before arrival.
In case of reservation cancellation, the following provisions apply:
- Cancellation reported 30 days or more before arrival: the paid advance is refunded.
- Cancellation reported between 29 days and the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged.
STRICT30
Payment: 30% at the time of booking, and the remaining (70%) no later than 30 days before arrival.
In case of reservation cancellation, the following provisions apply:
- Cancellation reported 30 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total reservation cost is charged.
- Cancellation reported between 29 days and the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged.
STRICT60
Payment: 30% at the time of booking, and the remaining (70%) no later than 60 days before arrival.
In case of reservation cancellation, the following provisions apply:
- Cancellation reported 60 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total reservation cost is charged.
- Cancellation reported between 59 days and the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged.
For each cancellation, a handling fee of €50.00 is charged.
The cancellation date is considered the day when the cancellation notice is received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next business day). In case of a no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours retains the total amount of the reservation.
