Euro Tours will send an automatic email to the guest no later than 6 days before the arrival date, providing precise details about the accommodation address, check-in process, contacts, and other essential information for a worry-free arrival, departure, and stay in the reserved villa, holiday home, or apartment.

Additionally, if the guest wishes to receive the information from the travel document earlier, they can request it from Euro Tours by contacting their staff via phone or email. The only requirement the guest needs to fulfill to receive the travel document earlier is that their reservation is fully paid.
