The villa can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms, three with double beds and two with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The entire house is air-conditioned, and the floors are connected by an internal staircase. The balcony offers a sea view, perfect for a morning coffee. There is also a fitness room. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and living room, leading to a beautiful terrace with sun loungers, a private pool, a jacuzzi, and a barbecue with an outdoor dining area. When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Ciovo is an island in central Dalmatia, connected to Trogir by a bridge. Known for its beautiful beaches, it’s a great starting point for sightseeing. Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is home to the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic complex in Central Europe. Explore the old town, climb the bell tower of the cathedral, or visit the Kamerlengo fortress. Trogir offers bars, local music, and numerous beaches. You can also take a boat to nearby areas. In summer, enjoy the "Moon Dance" festival in Kamerlengo Fortress.
