The villa has a capacity for 18 people. It extends over 4 floors and consists of 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, wine cellar, sauna and gym. All floors are connected by an elevator. In front of the house there is a private heated pool with 20 deckchairs. The villa does not accept groups of young people and does not allow parties. A deposit in cash (3000 EUR) is required upon arrival. You will get this amount back upon departure, provided everything was in order (no damage). In the period from December 21 to January 3, the damage deposit is 4000 EUR.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

High over Brela is the rural village Kricak with a wide offer of homemade specialties. The clean and clear sea and the care of the environment are best confirmed by numerous tourist awards. The Punta Rata beach has been carrying the Blue Flag for already 8 years. From here you can walk or cycle kilometars long promenade by the sea all way down to Makarska. Enjoy the local gastronomy in domestic restaurants, go for a drink in the night, sunbath during the day.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
